Do you crave for Indian food? Well if so, can you define it? Probably not, because in actual there is nothing like Indian food. Yes and it’s no joke, India is a country comprising of 29 states with 18 official languages, each state has its own style, language and rituals. Henceforth it becomes impossible to bunch all foods under one roof and name them as Indian food. However you will find a variety of cuisines around starting from Punjabi Food like paratha, makki ki roti and sarson da saag to Gujarati cuisine like a typical Gujju thali, Rajasthani cuisine where you will find Marwari food such as daal-baati, tarfini, raabdi, Ghevar, kadhi and boondi, etc. But each prepared with distinct ingredients and cooking style.
Amazing, lip-smacking, mouth watering dishes at Kadhai are a dream for every foodaholic. Relish the taste of tadka with flavorsome subtle spices and experience the "Signature Preparations" with delight! It's just the right place to dig in and relish some exquiste dishes with great gusto!
1. The food was quiet good. Not too spicy, not bland. The breads, fresh and crisp. The starters were pretty good. The sabzi was also proper. I was very glad to see that they give the proper quantity for the prices. Would recommend this place for decent punjabi food. Nice ambience.Anuj Agarwal
